Privacy Choices

Instant Edge Systems is operated by Apex Marketing & E-commerce LLC. This page provides one place to submit privacy requests and exercise choices that may apply under U.S. state, Canadian, Mexican, or other applicable privacy law.

Submit a Privacy Request

Email [email protected] with the subject Privacy Request.

Tell us which request you are making and enough information to locate the relevant record. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary identity documents by ordinary email.

We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request. Verification information will be used only as reasonably necessary to evaluate and fulfill the request.

Available Choices

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to request:

• access to personal information we maintain about you;
• correction of inaccurate personal information;
• deletion of personal information, subject to lawful retention exceptions;
• a portable copy of certain information;
• information about categories of information and providers involved in processing;
• withdrawal of marketing consent;
• opt-out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing if IES ever engages in activity covered by those rights; or
• appeal of a privacy-request decision where applicable law provides an appeal right.

Do Not Sell or Share

IES does not sell personal information for money.

The current IES website repository does not contain an active cross-context behavioral-advertising pixel or session-replay tracker. If that changes, the privacy controls and disclosures must be updated before deployment.

Browser Privacy Signals

Where applicable law requires recognition of a supported browser-based opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control, IES will treat that signal as an opt-out for the browser or device to the extent the relevant covered processing exists.

At present, the site does not use cross-context behavioral-advertising pixels. A browser privacy signal cannot by itself identify and delete records stored in a separate Client CRM account. For account or record deletion, submit a Privacy Request.

Marketing Communications

SMS: Reply STOP or use any other reasonable revocation method described in our SMS Terms. Email: Use the unsubscribe mechanism included in commercial marketing email, or contact [email protected].

Opting out of marketing does not prevent service, security, billing, or legally required communications where those messages are permitted by law.

Client-Controlled Data

IES often processes data on behalf of contractor Clients. When a request concerns data controlled primarily by one of those businesses, we may direct the request to that business and assist it as appropriate.

Authorized Agents

Where applicable law permits an authorized agent to submit a request, we may ask for reasonable proof of the agent's authority and may separately verify the requester when permitted.

Timing

IES will respond within the period required by the law that applies to the request. If an extension is legally available and reasonably necessary, we will communicate that as required.

Non-Discrimination

IES will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.
