Subprocessors

Last updated October 16, 2026 · Instant Edge Systems · Tennessee, USA

This page identifies the principal third-party providers currently known to support the Instant Edge Systems service. We do not list a provider merely because we might use it someday.

Current / Configured Providers

Stripe

Purpose: subscription billing, payment processing, refunds, tax calculation when enabled, and payment-related fraud controls. Data potentially processed: purchaser identity, business name, billing address, payment metadata, subscription records, and transaction information. Status: IES primary payment processor. IES does not store full card numbers.

Google services

Purpose: Google Appointment Schedule, Calendar, Google Meet, Google Business Profile integrations, and other Client-authorized Google functionality. Data potentially processed: business contact information, appointment details, meeting metadata, business profile information, and integration data necessary for the requested connection. Status: Current booking/meeting provider; additional Google integrations are conditional.

ClickUp

Purpose: CRM/work-management, lead tracking, sales pipeline, and fulfillment coordination when the server-side IES bridge is activated. Data potentially processed: business/contact details, lead information, consent evidence included in lead records, task status, and operational notes. Status: Current CRM/sales-tracking layer. The public website bridge remains inactive until its server-side credential/configuration is deployed.

Domain, DNS, and hosting providers

Purpose: domain resolution and delivery of public web content. Data potentially processed: ordinary request/network metadata and site content as applicable to the provider used. Status: instantedgesystems.com is currently delegated to Cloudflare nameservers, but production web hosting is not yet active.

Future / Conditional Providers

Communications and automation platforms

If IES activates SMS, voice, CRM automation, or a future platform such as HighLevel / LeadConnector, the applicable provider and any underlying carrier will be added here before production use where required. IES does not currently describe HighLevel/LeadConnector or a specific messaging carrier as live production infrastructure.

Providers Not Currently Deployed as Website Advertising Trackers

The current IES website repository does not contain an active Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, PostHog, or comparable session-replay/behavioral-advertising tracker.

The implementation guide treats future analytics or advertising tags as conditional. Nonessential tracking must pass the privacy/consent gate before deployment.

Provider Changes

Providers and underlying infrastructure can change. We will update this page when a material provider is added or removed.

Where a customer agreement or applicable law requires advance notice or an objection process for a new subprocessor, we will follow that requirement.
